Textured foam mat. Do not use heat when decorating mat. Remove footwear before use. Adjustable polyester webbed-strap carry harness with a zipped pouch pocket bag that can be removed when needed, as the harness features clip release buckles. One size (190cm x 61cm x 0.6cm).
